Payment
Payments made to Oliva’s Jewelry can be made safely through PayPal and Stripe. We do not store any credit card information. All charges will be made in Canadian currency. For any information regarding currency exchange rates for customers outside of Canada, please refer to https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter . We will follow the most current rate using this site upon purchase date. Please note that local charges i.e, sales tax and/or customs duty, may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Any shipping costs and taxes will be made clear prior to confirming at checkout.
Refunds/Exchanges
As of right now we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order please send us an email at olivasjewelry@gmail.com . We will always do our best to resolve any issues within 24 hours via email.
In the event that your item arrives to you damaged, due to shipping related causes, you will be reimbursed for your order. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. This will be emailed to you via the email address provided upon checkout.
For any orders within Canada, it will take approximately 3-5 business days from the date you receive your tracking information. Shipping costs are $15.00 CAD, for all orders under under $75.00(before taxes), or free after $75.00 (before taxes).
For any orders within USA, it will take approximately 5-7 business days from the date you receive your tracking information. Shipping costs are $20.00 CAD, for all orders under under $75.00(before taxes), or free after $75.00 (before taxes).
For any order made outside of Canada or USA, it will take approximately 7-10 business days from the date you receive your tracking. Shipping costs are $25.00 CAD, for all orders under under $120.00(before taxes), or free after $120.00 (before taxes).
Cancelling Order
If you need your order to be cancelled, please contact us immediately within 24 hours from the day of purchase via www.olivasjewelry@gmail.com . However, if an item has shipped already, we will not be able to cancel the order.
